Coimbatore: A two - day training on “Preparation of Instant Foods’’ will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamiladu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on Deceber13 and 14. between 9.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M. Training will be given on the following processing technologies.

 Adai Mix

 Dhokla Mix

 Bisibelabath Mix

 Kheer Mix

 Gulab Jamun Mix

 Ice cream Mix

 Tomato rice Mix

 Soup Mixes

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.1,770/- (1500/+ GST 18%) - (RupeesOne thousand Seven hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
